This Privacy Policy applies to the White Cart Calculator mobile application and related services operated by LISOWSKI SP Z O O (the “Service Provider”).

What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. LISOWSKI does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
White Cart Calculator does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Do third parties receive information?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, LISOWSKI does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
White Cart Calculator does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not maintain a server-side shopping history.
Active basket items, item names, quantities, prices, optional notes, target limits, favorites, categories, completed shopping-trip history, previous totals, streak/progress state, and related settings stored locally on your device remain under your control and are not retained by LISOWSKI as personal data on its servers.
If you voluntarily contact LISOWSKI outside normal app use, for example by email, information you provide may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Where White Cart Calculator stores active cart data, items, quantities, prices, notes, favorites, categories, completed trip history, totals, streak/progress state, or similar settings locally on your device, you can remove that information using controls available in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to LISOWSKI outside normal app use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion by contacting support@lisowski.store. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
No payment information is processed
The Application does not function as an online store, payment processor, banking service, or checkout system.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. LISOWSKI does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because White Cart Calculator does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data through LISOWSKI systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and any information lawfully held.
